Guarantee that after we repair a car that has failed the Oregon State Emission or Safety Test that it will pass.

Provide outstanding ASE certified technicians who exceed industry standards of 36 hours of classroom training each year.

Provide a comfortable waiting area to use during your wait, along with a telephone.

Provide limited shuttle transportation. Rental cars are available for very reasonable rates.

Select customers who will partner with us, share a mutual respect, and are seeking quality car care on a long term basis.

What Todd's Expects From Customers...

Inform Todd's of where I can be reached (via phone, fax and/or pager) so that I can respond quickly to Todd's for faster repair and return of car to me.

Wait for my car only if the repairs can be done quickly. I realize delays can occur due to part "un-availibility", slow parts delivery or additional needed repairs.

Understand that telephone calls, estimates and auto repairs are suspended between noon and 1:00 while Todd's employees enjoy an uninterrupted lunch together (This is part of Todd's Stress Reduction program.)

Make certain Todd's needs only to communicate with one decision maker and realize that when two or more people are involved it slows the repairs of my car and causes confusion.

Appreciate Todd's reputation as a quality repair facility and understand Todd's business philosophy of respectfully declining to perform "patch repair" of vehicles.
